Heal & Regenerate

Integrative regenerative medicine program at Upper Room Clinic Toronto for joint pain, soft-tissue injury, and post-surgical recovery — PRP, prolotherapy, red light, and supportive IV care over a structured 12–24 week arc.

Program Based Memberships

The Heal & Regenerate Program is the Upper Room Clinic integrative regenerative medicine pathway for patients with chronic joint pain, soft-tissue injuries, post-surgical recovery, or musculoskeletal dysfunction that hasn't fully resolved with conventional care. Rather than chasing symptoms with one injection at a time, the program builds a longitudinal regenerative protocol around your specific injury, biology, and goals.

Why a program rather than a single procedure

Regenerative therapies — PRP, prolotherapy, prolozone, red light — work best as part of a structured arc. Tissue repair takes 6–12 weeks per cycle. Outcomes improve when therapy is paired with mitochondrial support, anti-inflammatory IVs, biomechanical correction, and lifestyle work. Single visits help; programs heal.

What's in the program

  • Diagnostic workup — clinical examination, imaging review, inflammation markers, vitamin D, mitochondrial markers, and (where indicated) advanced regenerative testing
  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy — concentrated growth factors injected into joints, tendons, and ligaments to stimulate repair
  • Prolotherapy and Prolozone — dextrose- or ozone-augmented injections at ligament insertion points
  • Nerve block and trigger-point injections — for chronic pain components limiting movement and rehab
  • Red Light Therapy — supportive whole-body or targeted photobiomodulation
  • Anti-inflammatory and pain-support IVs — when systemic support is part of the protocol
  • Lifestyle integration — movement, sleep, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and supplement support
  • Re-evaluation visits — at 6, 12, and 24 weeks to measure progress and adjust

Who this is for

  • Chronic joint pain (knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, low back) — early to mid-stage osteoarthritis
  • Soft-tissue injuries: tendinopathies, sprains, post-surgical residuals
  • Athletes seeking regenerative care over surgical or pharmacological options
  • Patients managing chronic pain through integrative medicine
  • Post-injury rehab patients who plateaued with physiotherapy alone

Who shouldn't enroll

Active joint infection, advanced bone-on-bone arthritis requiring surgical replacement, certain bleeding disorders, active malignancy in the treatment area, and pregnancy require careful screening. Some patients are better served by surgical referral first, with regenerative care as a follow-up.

What to expect

Initial consultation, diagnostic phase (1–2 weeks), then 12–24 weeks of treatment with re-evaluations. Most patients begin to feel meaningful change within 4–8 weeks; full results often take 3–6 months of consistent care. Some patients return for maintenance cycles.
