Unless noted, medical services are not taxed under Ontario healthcare regulations. Certain IV drips, wellness services, and supplements may include HST because they are classified differently.

• Itemized pricing: Services are listed individually—not bundled—so you only pay for what you need.

• Packages & discounts: Preferred rates are available for select therapies, including Hocatt™ Ozone Sauna packages, multi-session PRP, and compassionate pricing for cancer care.

• Financing: Third-party financing is available for approved treatment plans. Speak with our patient care coordinator to explore flexible monthly options.

Inclusions, Add-ons & Diagnostic Fees

Your initial consultation includes a complimentary 15-minute follow-up to review any diagnostics ordered at that visit. If additional testing or new case review is required, follow-ups are billed according to physician review time (15 or 30 minutes).

Our clinical assistants and health coaches support communication between patients and the physician, helping ensure questions are addressed efficiently and your care remains coordinated

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. For no-shows, a fee of 50% of the service fee will be charged. If you are experiencing an emergency, this policy does not apply to you.

What You Consultation Includes

60-Minute Consultation (Complex Cases)

A comprehensive assessment covering your full health history, multi-system interactions, and chronic or complex symptoms. Includes a personalized treatment plan tailored to your findings. Comes with up to a 15 minute follow up with the physician to discuss test results, and up to 30 minutes health coaching session.

30-Minute Consultation (Focused Concerns)

Ideal for 1–2 focused concerns—such as general wellness, anti-aging, or athletic optimization. Includes personalized recommendations and a complimentary 15-minute follow-up if testing is ordered. This consultation is suitable for people without longstanding complex health concerns.

How much does a consultation at the Upper Room Clinic cost?

Consultations start at $175 for IV or injection access appointments and $350–$600 for Functional Medicine sessions, depending on time and complexity. Each includes a 15-minute follow-up to review test results.

What is the price of PRP injections in Toronto?

PRP injections range from $950 to $1,400 per treatment depending on the technology and site treated. Additional areas are $250. PRP promotes natural healing for joints, hair, and skin.

How much does Prolotherapy or Prolozone cost?

Prolotherapy and Prolozone injections cost $270–$350 per site, with additional sites $100 each. They help strengthen ligaments, reduce pain, and speed recovery.

What is the cost of IV Ozone Therapy (10-Pass)?

A 10-pass IV Ozone session costs $750 or $650 for compassionate pricing or twice-weekly treatments. A 5-pass session is $450.

What is the price of NAD+ IV therapy?

NAD+ IV therapy ranges from $300 to $1,800 based on dosage (100–1500mg) and duration (1.5–8 hrs). Higher doses are customized for longevity and cellular repair.

Every NAD+ IV session also includes an Essential Vitamin & Amino Acid infusion and a 2,000 mg glutathione push at the end of your session.

How much does the O-Shot® or P-Shot® cost?

The O-Shot® costs $1,400 ($1,200 repeat). The P-Shot® starts at $1,500 ($1,300 repeat). Packages and combination treatments are available at both locations.

How much do PRP facial and microneedling treatments cost?

PRP Microneedling is $650 or $1,750 for a 3-session package. PRP Facelift is $1,200, Custom Facelift ~$1,500, and Neck Rejuvenation $950.

Is Functional Medicine covered by OHIP or insurance?

Not covered by OHIP; some extended plans may reimburse consultation or diagnostic costs. Check with your provider.

How much does RGCC cancer testing cost?

RGCC testing and consultation packages range from $600–$1,200 depending on test complexity. Provides personalized cancer and immune profiling.

Are discounts or packages available?

Yes. Discounts apply for Hocatt™, PRP, and sexual wellness packages, and compassionate pricing for cancer patients or frequent ozone sessions.
