Conventional Pain Management

The Upper Room Clinic offers OHIP-covered interventional pain procedures for nerve, spine, and joint pain. Our pain physicians provide evidence-based treatments — including nerve blocks, trigger point injections, epidural steroid injections, facet injections, and joint injections — designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore quality of life. We treat back and neck pain, sciatica, radicular pain, facet arthritis, migraines, occipital neuralgia, shoulder, hip, and SI joint pain, myofascial trigger points, and other nerve-related or musculoskeletal conditions.

Treatment requires a referral from your family physician or nurse practitioner. You can also self-refer using the form below, though a family doctor must be on file to administer medication. Once we receive your referral, we'll contact you to gather your history, imaging, and previous treatments before scheduling your consultation.
