A controlled dose of medical-grade ozone is injected — under sterile, image-guided technique — into prostatic tissue or peri-prostatic anatomy. The ozone's effects on local oxygenation, inflammation, and tissue response are the therapeutic mechanism.

Prostate ozone injection is not a treatment for prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) requiring surgical intervention, or acute bacterial prostatitis (which requires antibiotics). Our role is to evaluate fit and coordinate care.
Patients with active prostate cancer requiring oncologic care, acute bacterial prostatitis, bleeding disorders, or contraindications to ozone need careful evaluation.
