The HOCATT Healing Pod is the same HOCATT Platinum Premium ozone sauna experience offered at Upper Room Clinic Toronto, with session-pricing for patients who don't need a clinical consultation each visit. It's the option for established patients booking on a recurring schedule.

What's included in a Healing Pod session

30-minute HOCATT session (transdermal ozone, steam, CO₂, infrared, photon light, oxygen breathing)
Pre-session intake and post-session monitoring
Hydration support before and after
Towels, robe, and changing facilities

Who needs the full consultation first

New patients should book a HOCATT consultation rather than a Healing Pod session. We screen for contraindications (cardiovascular conditions, hyperthyroidism, claustrophobia, pregnancy, recent procedures) before any first session, and the consultation lets us recommend the right session structure, frequency, and any pairing with IV or other therapies.

Most saunas deliver heat. HOCATT is a multi-modal therapy pod combining transdermal ozone, ozonated steam, CO₂, infrared, photon light, and breathable oxygen. The ozone is the active therapeutic agent — the rest support delivery and patient comfort. Book a Healing Pod session online if you're an established patient, or book a HOCATT consultation if this is your first time.
