Yes — a brief wellness or functional medicine consult before your first infusion. This is how we ensure the drip and dose match your goals and biology. The wellness consultation fee ($175) is waived when your IV is booked within 7 days of the consult.
Between 1 and 8 hours depending on dose and tolerance. Our 100mg introductory infusion runs about an hour; standard therapeutic doses (200–300mg) take 1.5–2 hours; higher doses (500–1500mg) are infused slowly over several hours to maximize comfort and effectiveness. We'll set realistic expectations during your consult.

Most patients are scheduled for their initial consultation within 1–2 weeks of booking a discovery call. IV infusions can often be booked within the same week as the consult.
Several things. We carry Engystol — a German antiviral compound from Biologische Heilmittel Heel — included in our Immune Boost drip and not available at most North American IV providers. We also use homeopathic injectable compounds (Traumeel, Lymphomyosot) in several protocols, sourced from the same German manufacturer, used in clinical settings across Europe, and not found on the menus of standard IV bars. The inventory Dr. Kostovic has built here took years to source.
The 100g cap is the high end of what's used in serious clinical applications, including integrative oncology support protocols. Most IV lounges cap Vitamin C at 25–50 grams because higher doses require G6PD bloodwork screening first — a test for a genetic enzyme deficiency that can cause dangerous reactions at high doses. We screen for it. That's why we can offer what IV bars without physician oversight cannot.
The dose is a clinical recommendation, not a customer selection. Before any infusion, we review your health history, current supplements, goals, sleep and stress patterns, and relevant lab work if available. For NAD+ specifically, we also assess your tolerance history. NAD+ can feel intense at higher doses for some patients, and we titrate up from a conservative starting point. Our goal is a protocol that works for your biology — not the most expensive option on the menu.
Yes. Dr. Kostovic has extensive experience in integrative oncology support, working alongside conventional cancer care rather than instead of it. High-dose Vitamin C IV, glutathione, NAD+ and specific nutrient protocols are used in this context. We also offer RGCC oncology testing — a specialized liquid biopsy panel for circulating tumour cells that's not available at most Toronto clinics. These patients are often looking for a physician who takes an active, whole-body approach to supporting their treatment. That's something Dr. Kostovic is equipped to provide.
